At PNW DooDoo Crew LLC, we work hard to keep your yard clean. We strive to make the lives of pet owners better in Lewis County and Thurston County, WA. Terms of Service
Effective January 1, 2025
PNW DooDoo Crew is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we,” or “our”) that provides pet waste removal services to residential, business, and commercial properties. By accepting the services provided by PNW DooDoo Crew, you agree to the following terms of service (“terms”) that govern the sales and services offered by us (“services”).
By hiring us for pet waste removal, you agree to these terms and are bound by them. Please read them carefully.
Service Limitations
The customer understands that our ability to provide pet waste removal services may depend on various factors, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Grass height and lawn condition
- Access to your yard, which is your responsibility to ensure is clear and safe for our staff to perform services
- Other unforeseen outside influences that may affect the service provided
Service Provided
PNW DooDoo Crew offers pet waste removal services, including but not limited to:
- Scooping dog waste
- Sanitizing
- Deodorizing yards
The scope of services will be agreed upon between the customer and PNW DooDoo Crew prior to any work being performed.
All services provided cover 1/4 acre or 10,890 square feet. Areas outside of that perimeter are subject to extra costs. For accurate pricing, please contact us directly.
Scheduling
Service Days and Times
- Appointments are scheduled based on your selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
- Service times may vary slightly due to route optimization, weather, or unforeseen delays, but we’ll strive to maintain consistency
Access Requirements
- Customers must ensure clear access to the service area (for example, unlocked gates or entry codes)
- If the yard is inaccessible due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstructions, the appointment will be considered missed, and fees may apply
Pet Safety
- Please secure any pets that may impede service or present safety risks
Rescheduling Services
- To request a reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
Cancellations and Waiting Fees
Advance Notice
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges
Late Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time will be charged a 50% cancellation fee unless otherwise agreed upon
Missed Appointments
- If we arrive at the property and cannot complete the service due to restricted access, full charges for the visit will apply
Waiting Fee
- If we need to wait for access to the property or service area (for example, locked gates or removing pets), a waiting fee of $10 per 10 minutes will be added to your bill
- After 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered missed, and full charges will apply
Service Suspension
- If a customer repeatedly cancels, misses appointments, or delays service, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services
Billing
All quotes provided by PNW Doodoo Crew are tax-included. Please contact us with any questions about pricing or tax rates.
Billing is sent out one month in advance and is processed on a monthly basis. You will receive your invoice for the upcoming month before the start of each billing cycle to ensure timely payment and uninterrupted service. Please note that the total will vary between four-week and five-week months.
Additional Fees
Come-Back Request
- A fee of $5 per visit will apply if we need to return to your property due to circumstances such as locked gates, pets not being secured, or other access issues
Decks/Patios/Sidewalk Cleaning
- Cleaning and sanitizing dog waste from decks, patios, or sidewalks will incur a $5 fee per visit in addition to the regular service cost
Waiting Fee
- If we are delayed due to access issues (for example, locked gates or pets not secured), a fee of $10 per 10 minutes will apply.
- After 20 minutes of waiting, the appointment will be considered missed, and full charges will apply
Late Payment Fee
- A $5 fee will be added for payments not received by the due date listed on your invoice
Late Cancellation Fee
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment cost
Holidays
We will be closed on:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Day
Our holiday schedule is handled on a case-by-case basis. If staff are available, we may provide service on holidays, but it is not guaranteed. If your regular scoop day falls on a listed holiday, service will be skipped for that week and resume the following week.
Please note that there are no refunds for holiday-related missed pick-ups, as all waste from the skipped week will still be collected during your next scheduled visit.
If you have a special event or gathering and need service before a holiday, let us know in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
Leaves, Debris, and Tall Grass
At PNW DooDoo Crew, we aim to provide thorough yard cleanups, but we understand that certain conditions can make it harder to spot every piece of waste. Tall grass, heavy debris, or muddy areas may cause us to miss some waste during a visit. If your grass is long or your yard has a lot of leaves, we may not be able to catch everything, but we’ll ensure to get it during the next visit if conditions improve. We also want to note that loose stool can be harder to pick up completely, but we will try our best. If you notice any missed waste after we’ve been, please reach out to us, and we’ll address it promptly.
